Visiting Hours & Policies

Morning–12.00noon to 1 .00 pm.

Evening – 7.00 pm. to 8.00 pm.

  • Only three visitors in a day would be allowed to visit the patient during the visiting hours.
  • Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to visit patients. However children whose mothers are admitted in the maternity ward can visit between 7.00 pm to 8.00pm only.
  • Visitors are requested not to get any unhealthy foods for along with them.

Policies

For any assistance, please approach the nursing supervisor, Medical Social Worker or the Reception.

Patient suffering from contagious/infectious diseases will not be admitted in the general wards.

Use of personal electrical/electronic gadgets is strictly not allowed in the hospital premises.

No tip or gift is to be offered to any hospital staff.

Use of cameras or recording in mobile phones in the hospital campus is strictly prohibited.

Any damage caused to property by a patient/relative will be recovered from the patients account.

In your own interest, you are requested to keep cash and valuable articles under your proper custody. The hospital will not be held responsible for any theft or loss.

Consumting of Alcohol/Smoking / Spitting / chewing of pan / tobacco / guthka any where in hospital premises and compound is strictly prohibited.

Use of loud ring tones of mobiles and portable radios that disturb the other patients is not allowed. Volume of TV in deluxe room should not disturb the neighbouring room patients. Anybody dirtying the hospital premises/compound or disturbing the peace of the hospital will be penalized

Dos & Donts

Do's

  • Do ask your patient's permission to visit before you arrive & Limit your stay for a short time
  • Do wash your hands and sanitize them before you touch the patient or take precautionary measures in order not to give any infection to the patient.
  • Do turn off your cell phone, or keep it on silent mode.
  • Make it a point to leave the room if the doctor or nurse arrives to examine, dress or talk to the patient
  • Medications don't always work immediately as sometimes patient do not respond to the medicines.
  • You don't have to wait until the Consultant makes his/ her rounds. Ask the duty doctors or the nurses if there is something else that will help the patient.

Don'ts

  • Don't visit the patients if you have any symptoms that could be contagious
  • Don't ever Smoke, consume alcohol or chew tobacco in the hospital premises
  • Don't bring flowers, bouquets for the patient
  • Don't attempt photography or video shooting in the hospital premises
